Meet Billy!!  This cutie pie is about 6 months old and everything you could ever want in a dog!  He loves kids, walks great on a leash, is totally housebroken and crate trained.  He's a total doll!  In fact, he's such a doll that two different fosters (one in TN and one in IL) were planning to adopt him until they realized that may prohibit them from helping more dogs in the future.  To meet Billy, go to www.hoofwoofmeow.org for an adoption application!
