Moose is an almost 3 year old, 70 lb, Beagle / Lab Mix.  

He is housebroken and crate trained and on the hunt for his forever home.  Moose would be happiest as the one and only pet so he can get ALL the attention! Moose thinks it can be scary meeting new people and it takes him some time to make new friends. He prefers the company of adults and older children (12+). If you can be patient with him while he warms up to you, it will be well worth it! When he knows and trusts you, he gets very attached to his humans and loves to cuddle .

With that hound nose of his, it's hard to ignore all the exciting scents out there! He would do well with someone who will help him work on his leash manners. Moose has a lot of energy and loves to run around his yard. He has also decided it's his job to inform you of passers-by, so a privacy fence would be ideal f or him.  

If you are patient with this guy and willing to help him over some hurdles, Moose will be a wonderful companion deserving of your loving forever home!  

(Moose has skin allergies which are managed with oral medication)
