Frankie is a 4-year-old chihuahua/min pin mix.  He weighs around 9 pounds and has quite the personality.  He is crate trained, potty trained, he does wear a belly band in the house because he still likes to mark, loves riding in the car, and his most important role in his life is to be with his humans.  He loves to burrow in blankets, so always be sure to watch where you are sitting.  He is in a foster home with two pit bulls, small dog and a cat and gets along with all of them. If you want to meet Frankie, fill out an application at Hoof Woof Meow Animal rescue.
