Meet Rina!! She came from a pound in North Carolina where she has been waiting for someone to notice her awesomeness since July. They must kill for space there but she was such a good girl, they couldn't do it to her. As devastating as Hurricane Florence was, it was Rina's lucky break. She was pulled by HWMAR to treat her for heartworm and find forever family. Rina is great with other dogs and loves people! She is potty trained and loves to play.
