ALF is a smart, fun loving hound/terrier mix older puppy who was rescued from North Carolina following Hurricane Florence. 

He is crate trained, potty trained and has done very well with obedience training.  He has learned sit, down, leave it and watch me commands and is progressing well with coming when called and staying in the sit or down position when given the stay command. 

He enjoys car rides, long walks in the forest preserve and cuddling with his foster family when he has worn himself out. He has recently learned to catch tennis balls and loves to practice his new skill! He ideal home would be an active family who has time and energy for a younger dog.  We do think he would be a little much for smaller kids - so are looking to send him home to a family with older kids, or no kids.
