Baloo is an amazing 2 year old Pit mix. We are guessing he is mixed with Great Dane and/or Sheppard.

He is bi-lingual having grown up in a home where family members spoke both English and Spanish to him.

Sadly, Baloo was returned to Hoof, Woof & Meow because his family is moving and cannot take him with. He lived in a house with children and another dog for the last two years.

The ideal family for Baloo:

•  Would have loving people home with him most of every day
•  Have a fully enclosed fenced yard where he can play to release energy
•  A canine buddy to play with make Baloo super happy
•  An active family that enjoys walking, hiking, or running and going to the dog park  
•     Daily cuddle time is also highly desired
•     A family willing to allow Baloo adequte time to decompress in his new environment.
•     A family willing to allow Baloo time to trust them before working on training.

•  House trained
•  Quiet -not a barker
•  Neutered and healthy with current medical records and up to date vaccines
•  Loves to play ball and run around outside in a fenced yard
•  Will entertain himself indoors by repeatedly tossing a Kong around and then fetching it
•  Good at being calm when it is time to relax or go to bed
•  Loves to snuggle and rest his head on human shoulders. He even gives hugs!
•  Is happiest when he is with people
•  Baloo is strong and can use training to walk slower and not pull when on a leash. A        harness works very well.
