Roy is our loveable 3 year old with 3 legs!  Poor Roy was shot and left to fend for himself in the woods.  Unfortunately his wound did not heal properly and his leg needed to be amputated.  He has since healed and adjusted to life as a tripod.  Roy hasn't missed a beat and still loves going for walks and being outdoors.

Roy loves to be near his foster humans & will put his head in your lap as he relaxes and hangs out.  He is incredibly affectionate and will give you puppy dog eyes that scream, 'pet me'.  During the day he spends his time napping or chewing on toys but will get mini bursts of energy and likes to play fetch or tug.  He is NOT fan of his crate, and must go to a family that is comfortable giving him free roam of the house (so far he has not had issues).  He is potty trained and is a smart dog (great candidate for extended training).

At this time we feel Roy would do best as an "only" child as he is anxious around other dogs.
