While Shepskies are VERY cute - we strongly encourage applicants to do their breed research prior to applying so you know what you are getting yourself in to.  The breed mix is "a natural born pack leader that can be demanding, stubborn and bossy if given the chance.  This dog is a powerful hybrid and not suited for the faint of heart.  If they are not trained properly, owners may find it quite hard to handle them as they get older".

Sporty Spice is very high energy and a little Diva.  She loves any toy she can get her hands on (especially if they make noise) - so she hopes her forever family has a basket of toys for her!  She loves to race around to chase her sister, but at the end of the night all she wants to do is cuddle.  She would be great with a family who has time to give her tons of attention and exercise, with a yard to run around in.

Requirements for adoption for this litter:

**We are looking for person/family that has a history of dog ownership and is knowledgeable on the breed.  First time dog owners will not be considered as this is not the appropriate match.

**No kinds under 3yo

**No apartments/condos

**Must live within 1 hour of the rescue (Gilberts, IL)

**Willing to sign up for professional training (when allowed)
