Mambo is a BIG baby with a big heart looking for his forever family.

Mambo (a.k.a. Scooby) is a neutered male who is almost 9 months old and already weighs nearly 70 pounds!  He has a playful spirit and would run and play in the yard all day if he could. He enjoys basking in the sun (even if that means laying in a snow pile while he does it), chasing his foster siblings around, rough-housing and wrestling and playing fetch!

Mambo is house trained and is currently in a home with 4 foster doggie siblings of varying sizes ranging from 15 to 50 lbs. He is a STRONG puppy that not only loves hard but also plays hard! He does have the tendency to "play rough" and for this reason he will require a home with a sibling that is similar in size and equal in strength and type of play that he/she enjoys. Mambo did not do well in a home with an older (age 8), more timid dog. 

Mambo has basic manners including; sit, stay, down, off and no. He will do best with an adopter whom is patient and is willing to continue with his basic obedience skills. He is a smart pup & is food motivated so training should be fairly easy with him!

Mambo is crate trained and will go into his crate however he prefers to be near his person or people during the day and does best for only a few hours at a time alone. *This is something that can be worked on and the amount of time should be able to be lengthened as Mambo gets older.
