Hi!  I’m Daisy (formerly known as Kalaini).  I’m a 2.5  year old, possible Lancashire Heeler / Manchester terrier / Labrador Mix. (I don't need a DNA test to tell me that I’m 100% awesome).

 

I was adopted to a family in 2020 as a puppy, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, they had to make the difficult decision to return me to HWM (no fault of my own).  I’m hoping the second time's a charm, and I can find my forever home. 

The first day in my foster home, I was scared and confused. I really didn't understand what was happening, so I got in my crate, and stayed there most of the day.  When I did leave my crate, I paced, looking for my former family and fur sister.  I didn’t want to eat or play.  

On day two, I began to take more of an interest in my new foster family, and I decided that I would accept their invite to sleep in the human bed!

Day three, my foster parents found the food I really wanted, and I ate like I have never eaten before!  

Fast forward to today!  I have been to the vet and passed my exam with flying colors. I am currently weighing in at a perfect 30lbs. I have really opened up to my foster family. I even have a new furry foster brother to play with.  My people say that I am sweet and happy.  I love to go on rides in the car and sometimes they even take me to stores and let me walk around and check things out and meet new people.  I’ve met more kids, and think they are pretty cool too.  

I’m really looking forward to finding a forever family that will give me lots of love and attention, and possibly work on some simple training with me. In turn I promise to be the best companion I can be!  I hope you will fill out an application to meet me today!  ~XO Daisy~

 

Daisy’s adoption fee is $350 - which includes core vaccinations (age appropriate), microchip & spay/neuter at one of our contracted vets (if applicable)
