Breed – Unknown, but adorable. Fully grown around 20 lbs.

 Dogs – Yes (living with 3 small dogs and a foster puppy - he GREAT with them)

Cats – Unknown

 Kids- Only tested with 14 year old, but great with him. LOVES people in general.

Medical: Le Pew is heartworm positive and must be adopted by a family within 1 hour of our rescue office (129 E Higgins Road in Gilberts, IL).  He will need 1 more injection at the direction of our rescue and a follow up heartworm test in 6 months.  Our medical director will call approved applicants to discuss prior to scheduling a meet and greet.

Le Pew was found living in a drain in Missouri. As soon as his foster read his story and saw his handsome face she knew she had to be his foster mama. The entire ride home from picking him up he sat on her lap and gave kisses. All this guy wants is some love. He loves to play and to cuddle. His favorite pastime is to rock with his foster mama in “his” glider chair. He is crate trained and doing well with being house broken. He is a tad territorial (remember he was found living alone in a drain) and barks at other dogs and people when on walks, but we have been working on it and he is improving. He is great with the other dogs in the house and human visitors. He is a smart and loyal dog, very loving. Be prepared for lots of puppy kisses! Sweet Le Pew needs a home that has time, patience and lots of love to give. Will you be the lucky one to take him home?
