My name is Frances and I love to run and play. I am able to play by myself, but I also enjoy playing with my foster family, including their cats.. Then I exhaust myself and I nap and rub with you cheek to cheek. I love to lay across your shoulder. I can jump up higher and farther onto my cat tree than my foster parents have ever seen.  I talk and have conversations!
