Hi, I'm Vanilla!

I'm a super cute little guy who is looking for just the right forever family for me!  I'm currently 4 months old and about 12 lbs, I will most likely be around 40-50 lbs when fully grown.

My mom is a 40lb golden retriever mix and dad is reportedly a chocolate lab, that's part of why I'm so handsome! 

Here's a little about me:

I do well very in my crate & I'm working on potty training.

I am too much energy for little kids, so ages 8+ for me please.  (I still like to puppy nip)

I would prefer a forever home with another medium to larger breed companion for me to play with - no senior dog friends please! 

I am learning how to sit & lay down already, I'm very smart and eager to please. I learned out to go through my foster home doggie door already.

I can fixate on smaller animals & chase wildlife, so I would probably do best in a cat free home or with a very tolerant cat that doesn't mind to be chased after & barked at sometimes, like I do to the small dogs in my foster home. (I do settle down after I get my point across!)

I enjoy going for walks but car rides are NOT my thing (I get really sick), so if you plan to travel with your dog a lot, I'm not your guy.

I really enjoy snuggling and being held like a baby by my foster dad.  I'm a great boy, looking for a family that will love my through my puppy stage, because it will be well worth it!
