Patty, Patty, Patty! She is one bubbly butterball of pure joy! She loves life and most of all stuffed, squeaky toys! She can’t get enough of them. She wakes up each day ready to play. She loves all dogs, especially her foster sibling Pacey, 4-month-old puppy. They are now BFFs and are always looking for new adventures together.  She never makes a peep in her crate and is not a barker or whiner. She loves a good belly rub and will try to climb in your lap for one. She can get a bit mouthy when playing at times and that is why we suggest older children so they can correct her right away. She listens well to direction and does well on the leash. She likes going for car rides. She sleeps on the couch at night with Pacey but would do fine in a bed or crate as well. She would love another fur sibling and active family to enjoy life with.

Patty is heartworm positive, and will require treatment over the next few months, but she can still go on short walks and enjoy her toys with a new family. She just can’t run laps and get overly excited until her treatment is done.
