Phlox is a blue eyed playful boy who enjoys a good tease! He will sit next to his water bowl and wait for you to come close and then thinks it is super funny to splash you!!  He likes to talk to you specially if he thinks you need to hurry up with serving the food! He loves romping around with his brothers and sister.  He would love to be placed with one of his siblings or with another kitten and would make a great addition to any family!
