Neil is very playful and is content to play by himself or with his crazy siblings. He loves to cuddle and has a sweet temperament. He has been great with other cats, kids, and dogs. He LOVES his foster human kids - as soon as they open their doors in the morning, he runs in to their room purring for attention.
