Hi, I'm Ruby! My former owners dropped me off at an intersection in Missouri & never came back for me, even after I waited for them. A very nice lady saw that I was abandoned & took me into her care. Now I'm in Illinois, looking for a fresh start at life & a family that will never leave me.

I was cared for as some point - my sweet personality definitely shows that. I'm an easy going girl that loves to lay around, but also loves to play with other dogs around my size & get pets from my foster family. I'm doggy door trained & working on leash training. So far, I'm not much of a jumper or counter surfer!

If you are looking for a young (apx 1-2 y/o), easy going, red colored companion, then I'm your gal! (I currently weight apx 58 lbs)
