2 year old Rose is on the hunt for her furever home.  She is demanding of cuddles and will push other dogs away to be the first in line for pets.  She wants to be as close to her person or people as she can be.  She also loves her foster brother, a docile lab mix, however she is selective of other dog friends, based on their energy. She has met cats but can be a little overbearing as she doesn’t understand her size. Momma Rose is very gentle with all the children she meets.

True to her breed, Mama Rose is as smart as a whip and will need an active home to exercise her at minimum and hour plus, daily.  We are currently looking for a family for her that has another similar energy dog companion and/or breed experience.

She is potty trained, crate trained and treat motivated.  When she gets excited she can turn into quite the jumper.  Rose is still working on becoming comfortable on a leash so at this time a home with a fenced in yard is a must. Rose enjoys squeaker toys and chew bones and she can be picky about her food.
