Rocket is quite the distinguished senior gentleman, who came to us when his owner unfortunately had to enter hospice care.  He’s 15 years old but don't let that number deter you, as after his most recent visit the vet said he’s a healthy guy who has a lot of living left to do!

Rocket's idea of a perfect forever home would be a laid back, calm and quieter environment.  Rocket doesn’t mind other dogs, cats or kids as long as they respect his space, as his vision isn't the greatest and he can be easily startled.   Rocket still has a lust for life and navigates stairs, going on walks, etc, but sometimes he can stumble a bit.  Rocket’s favorite pastime is definitely being snuggled or napping in a cozy bed with a nice soft blanket.
