Velma is a baby Chihuahua that is full of spunk and love!  She is a tiny girl at only 3 lbs currently, so she will need a home with no small children and large dogs.  She will bring a lot of joy to someone!  She loves to chew on bones and give her foster Mom lots of snuggles & kisses.
