Little miss Riya landed herself in a Tennessee shelter at just 5 months old. A shelter is no place for a puppy to grow up so we brought her up here to a foster where she could learn the ropes of puppyhood in a home. Riya is sweet and loves to go for walks and is submissive with other dogs. She would do best in a home with another puppy-tolerant canine companion as she doesn’t like to go out to the yard without her doggie pals. She still plays like a puppy and loves picking up toys and running off with them and jumping on her foster siblings. She is working on house training and sleeps quietly in her crate at night but prefers not to be crated while you’re home. Riya can meet potential adopters after her wellness visit on 3/2, but will not be available for take home until 48 hours after her spay surgery (scheduled for 3/7).  Riya’s adoption fee is $350, please apply at www.hoofwoofmeow.org/adoption
