Rhea is a 2 year old 46 lb spayed female possible Lab Mix. She was rescued in Tennessee with her sister. They were found by the interstate eating garbage by animal control and escaped euthanasia because a Veterinarian refused. Thank goodness!!!

Her foster family in Tennessee has said she is very sweet, loves cuddles, crate trained, housebroken and dog and kitty friendly. That she has worked hard on leash manners and has made improvement.

Since Rhea has come to Illinois and Hoof Woof and Meow her foster family can confirm she is a super sweet girl. She loves cuddles on the couch, likes playtime with her fur foster sisters, but prefers her space from them while sleeping or crated. She self entertains by throwing her toy up in the air over and over, which is quite fun to watch and knows basic commands. She’s housebroken, crate trained and is good on car rides. She is still working on walks on leash and is friendly, but can be shy with some when greeted. She tends to jump for attention so a forever family with children 8+ would be best. She is happiest snuggling up with her people on the couch with a soft blanket. If you think that is you please fill out an application to meet SWEET BABY RHEA
