Meet Rosie – The Little Pup with a Big Heart!

Say hello to Rosie, an 8-month-old Japanese Chin/Havanese mix who’s as sweet as she is spunky! Weighing in at a petite 8 lbs (and likely to stay under 10!), Rosie is the perfect size for cuddles—and she loves them just as much as she loves a good case of the zoomies!

Rosie is a playful pup who gets along great with dogs of all sizes. Whether it’s a game of fetch, a friendly wrestle with her foster siblings, or zooming laps in the yard, she’s always ready for fun. At night, she turns into the perfect snuggle buddy, curling up beside her human for a cozy rest.

This smart girl is already about 80% potty trained and does well overnight. She’s learning her leash manners and comes running when you call her name—especially if there’s playtime involved! As a growing puppy, she’ll need continued training and lots of love as she learns the ropes.

Rosie is still working on her social skills and can be shy when meeting new people. She just needs a few minutes (and a little patience) to feel safe—but once she trusts you, she’s yours for life. Because she can be startled by quick movements, she’ll do best in a calm home with older children who understand her boundaries.

Her dream home? One with a fenced yard where she can run to her heart’s content, and a doggie sibling or two to show her the way. Rosie is ready to blossom into the loving, loyal companion she’s meant to be—she just needs the right family to help her shine.
