Dakota is a handsome black shepherd/lab mix who loves to play and go for walks.  He does great with other dogs and was in a home with toddlers but will bark at cats.   He is learning leash manners and how to play fetch since his old home did not show  him how.    Dakota is housebroken and very affectionate and will give you kisses.
