Oscar 
Oscar came to us after he was found trying to survive on his own in the city dump at only 8 weeks old. After a good (a very needed) bath, he settled in quickly. He has impressed his foster mom and she says he is one of the sweetest, friendliest kittens she has ever seen! Oscar is now a couple weeks older, fully vetted, and ready to go find a home of his own.
