Skye is the beautiful mother of our “Lil Dreamer’s” litter. This poor girl was found wandering the streets, pregnant.  A good samaritan scooped her up, and she was able to have her babies safely in rescue.   She has raised her babies and is now ready to find a home of her own. This sweet lady is housebroken and crate trained.  She is good with just about everyone she meets, including cats and kids!!  

Momma Skye is approximately 1 and a half years old and 41 lbs.  She is a laid back girl who likes to take her mornings on the patio while her foster mom drinks coffee.  Skye watches the birds and the squirrels and enjoys all of the entertainment.  As she is a refined lady, she cannot be bothered to chase them, but rather enjoys taking it all in.  Her  foster mom says she is well behaved and affectionate and would make a great addition to any family. 

Skye is heartworm positive,and will be receiving treatment (paid for by the rescue).  Because of this she is also not yet spayed. Once she has been treated for heartworm, and has tested negative, she will be ready to be spayed (at one of our partner vets).  Anyone interested in Skye should be aware she will be a foster to adopt, until she is heartworm negative and spayed.  Potential adopters will also speak to a member of the medical team prior to foster to adopt, so they have a full understanding of treatment 

Skye’s adoption fee is $400  This includes age appropriate vaccines, completed wellness visit, and  microchip.
